Can't Export at High Quality even 4k

I have 32 GB of RAM and a top-notch graphics card, but despite all that, the map I created with many days of hard work is no longer being exported even in 4K. While exporting, the screen goes black at the second or third stage and the export stops. While 2K export does it in the blink of an eye, the result is very bad. What should I do now?

I have the same problem with exporting :(

Guys, turn off hardware acceleration in Chrome, it helped me.
With hardware acceleration, maps were not exported even in 4K; without hardware acceleration, I exported them to 16K.

Anonymous I've been trying that and it's still happening. Also, the map gets corrupted and it seems to have trouble loading it again if I open it.

Anonymous For me this did fix the map corruption and crashing on the maps that were affected by the bug, but it also lowered the export speed to a crawl.
I'll take slow exports over no exports though, hopefully they can get it fixed when 2.0 comes out. Thanks for the tip!

Shorutsha I tested this on three new maps and two old maps. If you didn't save after the error occurred, there should be no problems opening the map (sometimes you have to wait 3-5 minutes). An easy way to check if you have the same bug as me is to create a new map and try exporting it to 8K with hardware acceleration on and off.
In 100% of cases, I repeat the result, as I wrote above.
If this does not help, make sure that there is enough RAM. 16 GB is enough to upload even in 16K, although this is close to the limit.

After trying for a while with 16GB of RAM and no background tabs/apps open, it seems to be a map-by-map bug since I can still export several older maps at full quality with no issues. I managed to grab the error message before it blinked away.

Same issue here, RTX 3090, 64gb ram, 7800X3D cpu. It blinks black then the map is just transparent grid and I cant even see the error message its so short.

i also want to export in 8k, but as soon as the export starts, the map dissappears, and the extract fails on the second step. There is an error message for exactly 1 second after it, so i cant even read it

I'm having the same problem. I was able to export until now.

Has anyone found a reason for this issue? I have one map that I can't export above 2K with the same issue as above, but it is a country map derived from my world map. It has about 1/4 of the assets of the world map, which I can export at 8k without any issues.

I'm able to do 4k, but anything above that doesn't work for me.
