Add a better filtering system for the ExplorePage
Filters include:
- Featured (Request to see all published scenes: https://feedback.inkarnate.com/admin/board/feature-requests/p/be-able-to-search-all-maps)
- Cloneable
- Style
- User
- Following
- Tags (Request for map tags: https://feedback.inkarnate.com/admin/board/feature-requests/p/map-tags)
- Seen/Not Seen (If was visible in screen)
Filters could have link parameters, so they can be saved as browser favorites
