So far, we don't have any stamps to build simple neighborhoods with. I'd love to see stamp packs for:

Modern homes (old, new, and fancy)

Sci-fi homes on Earthlike planets: new and old (latter in versions with and without dirt/debris)

Sci-fi homes on non-Earthlike planets (those that need airlocks): new and old (latter with versions with and without dirt/debris) - for places like Mars, an underwater planet, or something different altogether.

I'd also love to see home composites for the above, that you can just fill in with elements.
