Happens only on one map but every time I try exporting the map to anything but 2k, it only exports the background. I tried cloning, exporting to different file types, copying the missing assets and deleting the originals, I even tried recovery. Found this a couple times but only just now got a screen grab. When selecting a texture for a shape it'll instead go black similar to when maps encounter issues. Generally I have to refresh the page or clicking to a past preset can bypass it.

Sometimes Stamps or Child Stamps of Stamp Sets seemingly random disappear from the catalog. With reloading the page, the assets will reappear. Note: If assets don't reappear after a reload, or if you have any clues to reproduce the issue, please write a support ticket at support@inkarnate.com

Lately on some maps I've noticed when creating a shape with the polygon shape tool it creates an invisible shape which won't be in anyway visible, regardless of opacity settings. After this invisible shape is created all shapes created will no longer be visible. Pre-existing shapes will still be visible. After a reload all shapes will be visible. It also freezes all images on the page. This only happens sometimes with specific maps so far, other maps have been unaffected. My browser is chrome and it is up to day

Hello! Help, please. The texture map is applied in small squares. I want it to stretch across the entire work area.

Just as the title says. For me, I've only noticed this with the Stroke thickness setting. I prefer to have mine set to 0.1 to make nice thin rivers, but it doesn't save that setting when I hit save, and I have to manually set it every time I open the map.

The map in editor is like image 1, i used eraser with high softness to give it a blend on the filter, but when i export the map looses its softness like image 2. That doesnt happen when i do the thing and export, only when i save the map close and open again and then export

I tried resizing my map to make it larger so I could put a frame around it without losing any detail. However, when I tried to resize it, only the assets transferred. All of the foreground textures were lost. I tried flattening everything, then trying it, but that resulted in nothing coming through.

After spending some time editing my first map, these artifacts started appearing all over. They are also present when I export the map as an image. I have no idea what could be causing this or how to remove them without starting again from scratch. These artifacts are also present when I try to clone the map.

top layer cog icon select, then open drop down list box for blend mode, and the modal pop-up vanishes. a selection cannot be made. chrome v. latest at report date.
