Feature Requests

I wanted to kindly request a feature that could improve assets placement and customization. Currently, asset scaling is limited to whole numbers, which can make fine adjustments a bit challenging. Would it be possible to allow scaling to the first or second decimal place (e.g. 1.75 instead of just 1 or 2)? This would provide more flexibility and precision when designing maps. Thank you for your time and all the effort you put into making Inkarnate even better!

I think we could really use freeform morphing of assets. For example we already have witdh/height stretching, if we could stretch, morph and edit shape and perspective from their anchor points and edges it would give us absolute freedom in making assets bend into what we need them to be.

Ability to bundle any set of stamps that I could then be able to use the random group placement tool with

If I am not looking for random angles when placing stamps (as with the random angle toggle), the 4 angles I use the most are 0, 90, 180, and 270. I wish there was a quick rotation tool that snapped between those 4 angles. This would make placing objects in square/rectangular rooms MUCH easier. Thanks!

A "Find & Replace" feature allowing users to replace all objects on a map (or an area therein) with a different one. For example: Replace all Pine Trees with Snowy Pine Trees.

Add the possibility to randomize size in a certain bracket when placing stamps

I would love to be able to match tiles and grid style background brushes easier to the grid. Or at least some kind of guide or preset that can always match the standard grid settings

Add a way to change what shadow is applied by default

Option to turn off the hard shadows on Isometric assets. Or make them like regular 'object' shadow options.
